We can evaluate commercial roof problems and maintenance situations and cost. The reports are detailed and are not free.
Minimum Report is $329. depending on the Square footage of the roof and the age of the roof, older roofs usually have a longer detailed report due to more maintenace issues. Core samples and core sample reports are $129 to $245 per sample depending on the age, height, accessability and safety of retrieving the core sample.
